I'm super excited to start our work together. Before we do, I have some admin that I will need to you complete. It should take no more than 30 minutes.

First please complete the Important Information and Pre-Start Questionnaire Modules, this provides me with information about you prior to our work together and our working relationship. Everything is treated in complete confidentiality.  

Please can you ensure this is completed at least 24 hours before your first session. 

You can also book your sessions if you have't already done so.

Each week you will receive an email asking you to log into the hub, to answer a few questions about how you are feeling and how the previous week went. You can be as in-depth as you want to be.

There is no wrong answer, so just say how you feel.
